You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. In case of an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item after the return is approved.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
